nearly 30 years. The firm specializes in the brokerage
and property management of investment real estate
assets. The President of the brokerage firm, Ed
Bonkowski, has brokered some of the largest transactions
in Southwest Florida. In addition to property sales and
leasing, Bonkowski,
through experience
and education,
has earned the the designation of Certified Property
Manager (CPM©).
Our asset management firm is currently actively involved
in real estate tax lien investments and the purchase and
management of high quality real estate assets. Our
management team
has a long, successful track record of
managing both real estate and other financial assets for
a select group of high net worth and institutional
clients. Bo Rathgeber, in addition to his real estate
activities, is licensed with the SEC as a Registered
Investment Advisor. Rathgeber is an Asset Manager with Metropolitan
Asset Management, Inc., which is a registered investment
firm focused on the management of investments
for a select group of accredited and institutional
